Jean Stetz-Puchalski is a ICF certified executive leadership coach and an organizational development consultant with over 20 years of experience cultivating and accelerating leader, team, and organizational development. Jean is often chosen by innovative organizations to evaluate, coach, train and advise highly valued executives and emerging leaders. Jean combines her study of workplace psychology, behavioral assessment, and adult developmental learning with a passion for coaching and leadership development. Jean holds a master’s degree in Applied Industrial Organizational Psychology, a Human Resources certificate, is a graduate of the Executive Coaching Academy, earned her coach certification through the Institute of Professional Coaching (iPEC) and holds the credential of Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and mentor coach through the International Coach Federation (ICF). Jean stays current in her field and has held a variety of executive leadership roles in the professional coaching, organizational development and industrial psychology arenas. She is a past president of the International Coach Federation (ICF) of Connecticut, founding member of the ICF Northeast North America Regional Advisory Council, past co-chair of the Psychologically Healthy Workplace Program of the American Psychological Association’s Connecticut Center for Organizational Excellence, and currently a participant in Hogan Assessment development circles. She holds membership in the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM), American Psychological Association (APA), Society for Industrial Organizational Psychology (SIOP), the International Coach Federation (ICF) and the Institute of Coaching Professional Association at McLean Hospital, an affiliate of Harvard Medical School.
Outside of Individual Differences you will find Jean in the garden. She is a beekeeper, certified Master Gardener, Master Composter, a NOFA Organic LCP, and an advocate for local sustainable agriculture. Additionally, she proudly supports military veterans and their spouses providing pro-bono coaching and resilience training.
