Experience
Millie is known for her ability to inspire people to do what they thought was impossible. She has taught non-singers to sing, non-swimmers to swim, CEOs to present confidently, Type A folks to de-stress, warring parties to work together.
Millie walks her talk. An ex-nun turned nightclub singer, ex-shy Kentuckian turned international trainer, she is a Professional Certified Coach, Clinical Instructor in Psychiatry at Yale University School of Medicine, and certified in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing) Level II with a specialty in Performance Enhancement.
Her six years' experience working with educational teams in Latin America and Europe, and her decades of experience interacting with diverse groups in inner-city USA and high-tech casino VPs make her comfortable -- and effective -- in basement gatherings and boardrooms, on street corners or stadiums, in person and virtually.
Author of Oasis in the Overwhelm and eight other books, she is a frequent guest on TV and radio interviews.
