This Training has been approved for 12 CECs by the National Association of Social Workers and 14 CCEs with the International Coach Federation.

In this intensive training course, OASIS originator Millie Grenough will present the OASIS philosophy and strategies in depth. She will guide you in intensifying your own personal experience of the OASIS Strategies so that you will feel comfortable sharing them with others.

Each of the four OASIS Strategies invites you to become more aware of yourself on multiple levels: physical, emotional, intellectual, and spiritual. Each Strategy is an invitation to become deeply aware, take action in that precise moment, and create "good grooves" - healthy neural pathways - for the long run.

In the Training:

you will experience, embody, and master the essential OASIS Strategies
you will have the opportunity to experience variations of the strategies and to know when/where/how to use each
you will learn how to re-wire your own brain towards health and happiness
you will develop the confidence and enthusiasm to teach those skills to others.

Upon successful completion of the Training Program, you will earn 12 CECs by the National Association of Social Workers or 14 CCEs by the International Coach Federation and you will be recognized as an Authorized OASIS Trainer.
