She specializes in helping high achievers shine even more brilliantly and make the second half of their lives even better than the first. In doing so she helps her clients to slow down, breathe and recognise what allows them to be their best.

Fiona lives in New Zealand, is an ICF certified coach and director of Coaching International. To be her best Fiona balances her work life with play and adventures in the outdoors, in particular in the mountains and by the sea.
